🫧Chloe's Curiosities Captivated🫦

I'm not worried about it, and it never really breaks a scene. I do just wish I was better at holding the tension in the moment vs my natural urge to break the tension with a light hearted comment.
So you are maybe, in fact, just uneasy with the tension?

The appropriate amount of tension is subjective anyway....

I wish I had some arms and legs to give tension to
Um.... if these arms and legs are held under a slight tension... do they get some attention?

....sorry, wrong thread for that. But I haven't had any Pepsi yet! Not my fault!

The arms and legs might not be the focus of the attention…but what they are unable to cover up due to the tension

Ok, I actually love writing all my first drafts by hand. To me, it romanticizes the act of writing (even the weirdest smut) that much more. I am quite picky about my pen choices, especially being left-handed. I'm curious, for those that write, journal, etc, do you have a pen preference? Which number from up top and why? If it's not one of (or close enough to one of) the examples above, drop in a picture of your preferred and why.

5, then 1, then whatever is working. My handwriting is bad enough to be a doctor, even without the years of schooling, so I tend not to write out things when typing is possible. There're scraps of poetry I hand-wrote decades ago that remain illegible to this day, so - yeah, keyboard, then 5, then 1.

No, I keep struggling and finally get just enough free to get out of the way when it goes over the top of me. 🤦‍♀️

I guess my need for being restrained overcomes my common sense. I wonder if the littles have a similar problem... I sure hope Doms don't.
Some Dom/mes do, and those typically are the ones which make the news. I'd not consider it a majority of dominant types of people, tho', nor do I consider the majority of rope bunnies to be self-destructive.

The vast majority of dominant types portrayed in fiction are these in the minority, however, same as most subcultural segments you care to name. It's a whole lot easier to make an impactful script with Buffalo Bill (Silence of the Lambs) than a caring Dom with a good work/life balance...

#3 for me. Also left handed... I like a bit larger area for my fingers to hold the pen... and I also kind of hate fine tip pens. It's got to be bold for me. I know, who'd of thought.

Oh yeah, I always use black ink.

ready for the neurodivergent rant you have created? i strongly prefer these for a myriad of reasons...the plastic material is great for my oral fixation. i will have the pen in my mouth constantly, i will chew on the cap and on the body of the pen. i enjoy the feel and balance, that they are cheap and disposable because i am bound to lose 12 of them. in high school i used to take them apart and make cross bows or slingshots out of them with rubber bands and paper clips. but no, im not adhd at all. 🤭

Oral fixation you say? Hey boy... 😅

2 seems to be a pen I got used to in high school. We weren't allowed to use typical ballpoint pens in exams (as the final exams were copied during the evaluation process) - one local store knew what we needed.

And I have to say those pens are easy to write with, the ink flows nicely. A total opposite to no.7 which I hate. For ergonomics, though, I'd probably choose something like 3 or 5 - I get cramps way more easily these days than when I was young. Their downside is that they don't fit in the pen loop of my organiser, nor in any other fitted places for pens.

I don't have strict favourites, I have several from that selection in my drawer and they get used, too.

This is my preferred pen. Fine point. I like the feel and balance, the metal working parts and the rubber grip. I usually buy 2 at a time and rarely lose one. I will use my own pen before any pens at any counter.
Of the ones in the diagram I would use 1 then 2, and probably wouldn't use any of the others unless they were the only option on a desert island.
Yep. I'm fussy that way.

I am loving everyone's pen options and why 😍 of the listed, I tend toward a 1 or 5 myself. If I use a clicky pen though, don't be around me because I will just be clicking it non-stop. The smudging life is real, but I find the ones that go on more liquid dry in a better way to prevent smudging. If I had my druthers... View attachment 2498344
This would be my dream pen that I use all the time 🤤 replaceable ink cartridges, that perfect tip, just ahhhh

I am fussy about my pens. And while I also have an oral fixation, pens do not go in my mouth... unless my anxiety is high.

Sharpie S Gel for me. That is true unless I'm using my homemade smartbook, then I use the FriXion because I can write, scan, convert to text and then wash the page clean. Yes...I'm a nerd to designed his own reusable smartbook.

I still have a great affection for my homemade pen that was gifted to me. It's hand lathed and uses cross pen refills. The weird cool part besides how it feels in my hand is the motor oil finish. I use it at my home desk when I want to spend time with pulp and ink.
