1.25lbs of 73/27 angus ground beef air-fried with beef popcorn (air fried ribeye trimmings) in a bath of hot beef tallow with himalayan sea salt...mmm...only thing that could make it better would be a glass of buffalo trace on ice, but alas i have none and its too early on the diet. i might have to go get a bottle this week though.

I prefer my whiskey neat, but I started with "The Cocktail I Have To Rename" (FKA The Amanda Fucking Palmer), which is shaken over ice and strained.

i cut the package into 8 pieces, salt, air fry for 10 mins on 350, flip, salt, 10 more mins...i like mine well done though, 7-7 or 8-8 might be better for normal people, lol

I usually add a drop or two of water to open up the flavor of the whiskey. But I like mixing cocktails -- it is fun. This is a take on an Arnold Palmer, thus the name.

I try to avoid soda anymore (it used to rival coffee as my drink of choice), but I will drink a strong ginger beer when I can get one. Reed's Strongest, or Cock and Bull, with a strong ginger burn.

yum, soda has been one of my stronger addictions. its been almost week of just green tea iced tea sweetened with stevia though. a long way to go. i love a good real ginger beer, so spicy.
