🌶️💃🏻🎸Brat House: Boobs, Bums and Bedlam🌶️💃🏻🎸

We're getting heavy rain tonight and it'll change to snow when daylight shows up.
Meanwhile my arthritis is excruciatingly painful and there's nothing I can do.
Im sorry about your arthritis.. Im getting Freezing rain with side order of Major Snowstorm tomorrow..

Saw a carton of 18 eggs for $18.99 yesterday, up from $5.99 the week before (that is $29.90 in Australian dollars). Not that quite a jump, but still.

There are avian flu outbreaks in every country at the moment. Eggs and chicken are going to get very expensive as they will have to reduce flock numbers to bring it under control. Our eggs are under restrictions at the moment. Can only buy two dozen at a time.

Wonderful. Very SRV, circa The Sky is Crying.
People talk about events that are huge in their memory. Things they remember exactly where they were when…. I remember being at work, when I heard about a helicopter crash, and they were not sure if it was Eric Clapton or Stevie Ray who was on it. I was totally convinced it was Clapton (not proud of that, I was young!) I was positive that Stevie was okay. And of course, later learned he wasn’t. I had been upset about celebrities passing before, but not like that. I was just in shock. I felt like I lost a close friend. It seemed a very personal loss to me. A year or two later, I was going through one of my challenges in my train wreck life, and was singing “Life By The Drop” in a band. I didn’t drink at all then, but the heartache of that song, spoke to my soul. Still does.

NOOOOOO You didnt question it at all and that was in School many years ago.. No need to be sorry..
I think Stevie had just released his third album when I heard him. Even though I was in high school, and didn't have a lot of money... I had all three (on cassette) within a few weeks. And I was just blown away by this guy. I bought everything when he released it, from then on... even when they released it after he passed away.

I saw him live once... Bonnie Raitt opened the show for him - spurring my love for Bonnie ever since. 🥰 🥰 🥰 🥰

Yeah, it is rough. I have a friend who has started raising ducks a bit ago. He says, after three months, he now has enough eggs total for one breakfast. It is a project in process.

I remember hearing that Randy Rhodes had died. I had just seen him on tour earlier that year. That was one of those "I remember exactly where I was" moments as well. An amazing talent, playful and serious, classically trained and playing metal. Brenda, I don't think you are much an Ozzy fan, but listen to this. Randy wrote it for his mother, Dee. The label didn't want it on the album, but Ozzy loved it and fought back.
