Federal Judge Rules in Favor of Elon Musk’s Government Efficiency Team, Allowing Continued Access to Sensitive Records from Three Federal Agencies​

U.S. District Judge John Bates has ruled in favor of Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), allowing Musk’s budget-slashing team continued access to critical records from the Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

The ruling deals a major blow to the entrenched bureaucracy and their progressive allies, who sought to block Musk’s efforts to streamline bloated agencies and cut unnecessary spending.

A coalition of left-wing unions and nonprofits had desperately attempted to shield the agencies from oversight, but the judge’s late-night decision on Friday kept DOGE’s mission alive.

This is big. Especially the CFPB. The CFPB was set up with no oversight just like USAID. It was Pocahontas's contribution to the Dodd-Frank legislation, man is she going to be pissed. :D

Judge John McConnell ordered the Trump administration to unfreeze Inflation Reduction Act funds. He has many conflicts of interest. He disclosed that he owns $250,000 stock in a company that received $75 million from the Act.

DC reporter Matthew Foldi found that he owns stock in Accelera by Cummins. Accelera is still waiting for its $75 million from the Inflation ‘Reduction’ Act.

Owning stock in a company involved constitutes a judicial conflict of interest. It can influence a judge’s impartiality.

One would think that a competent attorney would point that out BEFORE the judge made a ruling.

The shit house getting blown up will send rivers of dung downstream. Kickbacks and money laundering, all over. That means campaign monies will dry up. All those under $20 “donations” that supposedly got the anointed one over the top? Yep, that will dry up.

Sadly the hate and one sided reporting from these examples above will never dry up. They’ll double down on the hate now that they’ve been exposed.

On a serious note, the term is not limited to contemporary usage; partisan Republicans as far back as 1889 (yes, before the Southern Strategy) employed "Democrat Party" as a pejorative in speeches denouncing their opponents as rebels and supporters of free trade.[2]
