As the DOGE turns.

Have they found any fraud yet?
I would say monies going to programs in other countries/entities to further left wing causes while our own citizens can’t get some of that taxpayer largesse is fraud, but I’m guessing you have a different definition. Reasonable people can disagree of course, but I’ll say again…how can anyone be against fraud, waste, and abuse?

There are tons of examples out there of what DOGE is doing. A simple “The Google” search will bring loads of info. 😉

Why look what I found here!

More than half of the cuts so far are related to federal spending on diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, while the group has also put $30 million in spending on digital modernization and $4 million on federal leases on the chopping block, according to an analysis by The Wall Street Journal.

The pearl clutchers have been wetting their diapers over DOGE, not understanding we’ve been down this road before…it just wasn’t taken to its logical conclusion. All they did was rename it!

It’s not like this info wasn’t out there. They new. Well, our simpletons didn’t but the power brokers sure do.

What i find interesting is the way poasters here like ZuluKiss, Rib, Deluks666 etc all suck Obamas dick as the “nice” Pres.

Obama secretly drone-sassinated more people and ran internal “IT” programs willy nilly….
Obama’s whiz kids and IT departments were supposed to salt the democrat victories over the hapless Republicans for a generation or more. They didn’t understand the wunderkinds of today have NO loyalty to party or brands. Little did they know the Frankenstein they created, would or could be used against them.

The whiz kids have found where the suspicious payments went. Tracking what happened to the monies after that will require forensic accountants and subpoenas those will be the next step in the chain of events.

You would think that DOGE would already include forensic accountants because without them they wouldn’t be able to find where the payments went.

Let us know if they actually turn up any fraud.

Ok, that is in no way fraud. That’s spending money on things you personally don’t like, elections have consequences.

LMAO Of course, the only reason the IRS exists is to help the taxpayer. [/sarcasm]
The IRS exists to ensure the correct taxes are paid. With less employee's, more mistakes will happen and it will take longer times to sort them out. ( oh right you don't make enough to pay income tax, my bad)

Taxes will still need to be paid on income. That is not going away. Even if all were fired, that would only save the US taxpayers 16 Billion, of 6.9 Trillion spent.

You're supposed to be good a math, you figure out the savings to your personal income tax. (do i need to put [/sarcasm] after this statement, or can you figure it on your own?)

Hey RG, did you sign up to be some lazy fucking moron's clipping service? I know I didn't.
Not really but I try and bring the receipts when I do post, like this little word to the wise that Deep State actors better keep in mind as this DOGE investigation goes forward:

18 U.S.C. § 1512:

(c) Whoever corruptly—

(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or

(2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so,

shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

14 states file a lawsuit arguing Elon Musk's authority at DOGE is unconstitutional

A group of 14 states sued Elon Musk and President Donald Trump on Thursday, arguing that the authority the White House granted the tech billionaire and his advisory Department of Government Efficiency is unconstitutional.

The suit, filed by Democratic attorneys general from states like Arizona, Michigan and Rhode Island, takes aim at the magnitude and scale of Musk’s power, noting that DOGE has led the Trump administration’s efforts to dramatically reduce the size of the federal workforce, dismantle entire agencies and access sensitive data.

“The founders of this country would be outraged that, 250 years after our nation overthrew a king, the people of this country—many of whom have fought and died to protect our freedoms—are now subject to the whims of a single unelected billionaire,” Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes said in a statement.

The attorneys general argue that Trump violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution by creating DOGE — an unofficial government agency — without congressional approval and by granting Musk “sweeping powers” without seeking the advice and consent of the Senate through a confirmation hearing.

“President Trump has delegated virtually unchecked authority to Mr. Musk without proper legal authorization from Congress and without meaningful supervision of his activities,” the lawsuit reads. “As a result, he has transformed a minor position that was formerly responsible for managing government websites into a designated agent of chaos without limitation and in violation of the separation of powers.”

The states are seeking a court order blocking Musk from making changes to government funding, canceling contracts, making personnel decisions and more.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt called the lawsuit a "continuation of the weaponization of justice against President Trump."
Recall the 2018 words of Justice Clarence Thomas:

“District courts… have begun imposing universal injunctions without considering their authority to grant such sweeping relief.”

“These injunctions are… encouraging forum shopping, and making every case a national emergency for the courts and for the Executive Branch.”

“In sum, universal injunctions are legally and historically dubious.”

“I am skeptical that district courts have the authority to enter universal injunctions. These injunctions did not emerge until a century and a half after the founding. And they appear to be inconsistent with longstanding limits on equitable relief and the power of Article III courts. If their popularity continues, this Court must address their legality.”

And therein lies the probable demise of all of these leftwing court cases against Trump and DOGE when they arrive at the SCOTUS.

They think the authority of POTUS must be shared with 300 something judges across the USA.......but only when they are not Democrat presidents.

Trump needs to just ignore them until SCOTUS/Congress absolutely twist his arm into it.

They have no idea of the sweeping plenary powers of the President.

Judge John McConnell ordered the Trump administration to unfreeze Inflation Reduction Act funds. He has many conflicts of interest. He disclosed that he owns $250,000 stock in a company that received $75 million from the Act.

DC reporter Matthew Foldi found that he owns stock in Accelera by Cummins. Accelera is still waiting for its $75 million from the Inflation ‘Reduction’ Act.

Owning stock in a company involved constitutes a judicial conflict of interest. It can influence a judge’s impartiality.
