Very cool. It's actually been real positive physically and mentally for me. I'm not trying to be Hercules but i do want to keep moving or at least be able to move with minimum pain.Mine works me hard! I've been with her for a couple of years.
I was thinking steam but I don't know. I am from New Holland and they manufactured hit or miss engines. I have seen a few running. All of the equipment was gone but the shafts were still up in the ceiling. And they probably used giant hit or miss motors to power it, or water, or maybe even a steam engine. Some of those factory’s were amazing how they could repurpose and reconfigure all the tools and machines.
Meh okHow was it?![]()

Sadly, no.Is..is that.. a mouse on your shoulder, tipping his hat?

But I'll tell you, hanging drywall or doing work in a new building is so much nicer! Owned a 1880's house, and a new house. Everything is straight, level, flat and plum when you work on anything in a new house!Me too. I love when people repurpose stuff rather than build a new one!
Can't bail out of here yet, for various reasons. Believe me, I WANT to go somewhere else. It's a LOOONG story...If you are allergic toyou need to find a different job further south.
I think the key was "brother"...Obstinate defiant personality?
YES! Read the labels.I've seen the blue for 15% ethanol (2001 and newer vehicles, the stuff that Scotty doesn't like - but Wat does and doesn't like Scotty), so this was a confusing seeing it for no ethanol. Then again, Buc-ee's may have blue for their no-ethanol. I can't remember. The no-ethanol pumps at one store close to home have red handles.
As always, read the labels.
Yeah, I've had to blow snow for the old pooch living here too. She really hates cold.I have to shovel the patio as the old dog can only clear about 3 inches.![]()
Flathead V12??? Lincoln motor in a ford???
Yeah, it's pretty. But you sure wouldn't want to get stuck out there! Waist deep snow, below zero...That last picture is beautiful!![]()
I am glad you are getting helpGood morning! Work out is done. Sipping coffee and preparing for the day. I'll make a pan of bacon this morning and plan dinner for tonight.
All the home care applicants we been in touch with this week are either sick or taking care of the sick and can't make an interview. I'm stuck.
Moms doc appointment was cancelled yesterday due to the weather. But I did reach out to them the day before to ask them to address the dementia with her.
Thanks a ton for everyone that suggested it. I had no idea it was an option. They knew exactly why I was calling and what to do about. Now we just have to reschedule. Soon I hope.
Hope everyone is staying dry, warm, healthy and happy.

So the pneumonia must be going around. Got a call from the kids last night that my mother was going to the hospital. We had EMS come do an evaluation and we all decided she neeeded to go in. Sure enough her o2 levels were low and chest X-rays confirmed pneumoniaYeah it started as type A then started into pneumonia . Sickest I have been in a long time.

That is funnyI'm writing a book about Erectile Dysfunction.
The working title is:
No Hard Feelings
I trust wat....screw scotty...he is dead to meI've seen the blue for 15% ethanol (2001 and newer vehicles, the stuff that Scotty doesn't like - but Wat does and doesn't like Scotty), so this was a confusing seeing it for no ethanol. Yes read... Here they are blue... So much for standardsI've seen the blue for 15% ethanol (2001 and newer vehicles, the stuff that Scotty doesn't like - but Wat does and doesn't like Scotty), so this was a confusing seeing it for no ethanol. Then again, Buc-ee's may have blue for their no-ethanol. I can't remember. The no-ethanol pumps at one store close to home have red handles.
