It happens I've gone from 10.5 to 12-13 depending on what shoe brand. How ya doing L2WU??Feet, earlobes, and I think noses... grow your whole life long?? I was measured for both orthotics (i.e. arch support inserts) and shoes. Was moved up a 1/2 size in my shoe.

Thanks. Yes it has it's moments. Both from I get to choose what I do and sometimes wishing I had continued to work to I drop.

I've added things to my daily schedule. Signed up with a trainer and gym. That's a daily workout and a weekly trainer appt. I'm working up to multiple hours.... Knee right now does me in. Friends I can slip out of the house with. Got to keep moving. I spend allot of effort avoiding the news cycle... That requires effort lol
