Ha yeah, the more I have, the more my energy fluctuates - highs and a lotta energy followed by anxiety and/ or lows if I have too many lol
It varies according to what I’m doing, where I am, my mood, tiredness etc
Does it affect yours?

Caffeine doesn't seem to impact me at all. I'm fairly level energy wise. Before I retired, I would go out on business dinners and have coffee after drinks and it never impacted me at all. I hope that your weekend goes well.
