I didn’t say that. What Politico Pro is doing is selling subscriptions. The problem is not the subscriptions to Politico Pro, that's about the price per subscription to that service. But that service is there for domestic bill tracking. Why does an out-facing executive agency need that service?

There are two possible answers. Either that agency is subsidizing left-wing American domestic organizations; or, that agency is wasting money.
