Did you get snow?! I wanted to drive north but work kept me in the non-snow area of FL. I wanted to see the rare occurrence!

You should have taken a vacation day! You might have needed two for a snowman depending on where in FL you start

Ouch Ouch Ouch I had protruding disc and could not get out of bed for two weeks. I was lucky and got cured with therapy and exercise and drugs. Hope all is well now!

So far so good. I just have to be aware and make sure I don't over do it. It healed fairly quick. I was lucky

There was one up side from my back issues. I did start exercising regularly. I had one therapist tell me I had to consider that I was worth an hour of time everyday to take care of meyself. That hit home.
