The problem here is that a lot of them are the same person with multiple screen aliases. Something I wish the board admin would take steps to remedy.

The ignore button makes life far nicer. Of course, you'll still have idiots claiming you read them despite having them on ignore, but that's all about their own fragile egos and feeling the need to 'control' where they have none.
