So, I decided to make a little corner of Lit where I can post and interact. I'll share pics and mental health topics. Therapy is expensive and I definitely need to work through some things. I've been in a dark ass depression for a few years now.

Social media has to be the worst tech innovation ever. It's only contributed to self-promotion, fakeness and a lot of mental health issues. People have stopped doing their own research and just believe their "influencers" and live in their echo chambers.

I have been on a mental health hiatus and talking to a very awesome fellow Literotica dweller. Sometimes I get overwhelmed. I want to share pics and interact, but I also get overstimulated. Therapy is expensive and ineffective with shitty diagnostics. I have a spouse and kids on the autism spectrum. It's hard.

It is easy to get overwhelmed here. But there are a lot of great, supportive people on here.
