I had the privilege of staying at Cambridge for a UK summer when I was a research fellow.... I stayed in Churchill College and every day was a quintessential British experience... There were so many moments that took my breath away and left me speechless. From discovering rooms where great things happened to hearing conversations in corridors between Nobel Laureates.
The smell of books, old and new, is a favorite of mine. And so familiarYou need to visit the Cambridge and Oxford University libraries... You never forget the smell of the books.
