To make it an enjoyable story for me, it has to be plausible and it has to have a spine or narrative arc.
So you need a back story: Why does she become the office slut?
Conflict: What is going on between husband and wife? What makes her cheat on him in front of his eyes? How does he react?
If you go the way of the husband becoming aware then you need a reaction. It could be BTB (Burn the Bitch) or RAAC (Reconciliation at any cost).

Or if he does not become aware you can create suspense by her constantly being close to discovery.

But for me the key issue arising is: How this affects his work environment? There are 6 coworkers that fuck his wife in the office. This creates a very strong power dynamic. It is kind of the elephant in the room, and it must be dealt with in a compelling way.

Unless you have a plan for this, it does not matter if it is a catering business or a wine seller.
