Good for you, girl! NOBODY should be sitting if one person is working flat out! I hated that when I was working staff. If I was charge, I'd make those sitting around go help. If I was staff, I'd loudly ask for help!
 
I have finally caught up! I'm feeling MUCH better! Today was the first day I have felt good at all. I decided to take my girl to Costco. She's now my Service Dog and I wanted to give her exposure to more people in a busy environment. I'm planning a trip to visit family in March. She's coming with me.

She rides in a pouch that I wear. She does really well around others and is friendly and quiet. Still, I'm having some anticipatory anxiety about our trip. If anyone has ideas or suggestions, I'd welcome them.

I hope you all have a lovely Saturday. Those of you in the snow zones (both north AND south!) be careful when out and about. Those of you across the pond, I hope you didn't have too much damage from the storm.

Good morning early folk. Although up at 4 am to take care of my dog who needs his meds, I needed coffee first. So I could have caught Lili.

My hard work to get 7 hours or more of continuous sleep is out the window with the dog and his meds schedule. I am now on a course of 6 core hours with naps during the day. Not ideal until I talk to the Vet.
 
Up for a bit but hoping to go back soon. Quick your catch up of the thread revealed our dear @Lilianna23 doing her own ketchup. So glad she's feeling better!

I will let go others and helping our friends across the pond weathered the recent storms well. We hope to see them visit us on the thread again soon with out Tales of Horror and whoa.

I think we become acclimated to the climate we live in after time. I used to laugh at my daughter when she would come back to PA and say how cold it was. She lived down here for years. Now I find myself feeling the cold temps that up north I would have thought as not so bad. Humidity level has an effect too. I pulled out boxes with my lined jeans, turtlenecks and fleece line shirts and jackets.

I have them in smoothies for breakfast (along with apples, carrots, celery, broccoli, etc...). Apples and berries give enough flavor the veggies sort of disappear. It tastes sweeter than it really is. (But don't tell my taste buds that!)

Assuming you freeze what you don’t eat?? We usually have enough frozen blueberries to last us throughout the year. (We do eat a lot - in our breakfast most mornings)

Wel my questions are have you seen here? Did she get lunch? Can't you see she is stressed? Observation is our thing..... you can't read a situation or you don't want too.....
