Before the states get to vote on an amendment, 2/3 of Congress has to vote for it. The only other way is a constitutional convention, which will not happen in your lifetime.
It can't be done -- the 14th is too unambiguous. Ask any lawyer.
The Warren Court, BTW, was not "lefty." Left judges are vanishingly rare.
