The "was this topic discussed" feature is great. I'm looking for affirmation. Story takes place in 1969.
I used this device to explain how my character is 18 in his senior year of High School (aka A Level Year 13) and give some condext:

". . . . simply bored and my mind was elsewhere. Primarily on all things sexual. About fifth grade I began to notice both boys and girls. There was no name for this phenomenon back in the day. The fifth-grade end of year pool party at a classmate’s home solidified this. Boys changing in a cramped bath room and girls were in bathing suits that clung to their changing shape. Summer camp helped these feelings along. Twice a week skinny dipping with a few dozen other guys held absolutely no embarrassment for me . . . ."

There is nothing specific referenced here, I just don't want to get sideways. Thoughts form the experienced appreciated.

This has been discussed dozens of times and getting a solid agreement is like trying to nail jelly to a tree. Putting it another way, 'it depends'.

Personally, I would say it would pass the test. Others, I am sure, would disagree. The only person whose opinion counts in any case is @Laurel, the owner. I would suggest you DM her and ask. I have done that a number of times and have found her to be quite helpful.

Good luck.

My body had already changed shape by then. And sexual awakening was way before the age of 18. Admittedly the boys were still running around playing silly games while the girls were having deep discussions, mostly about the boys.

can't help with 1969 lol but according to my grandmother only married girls had sex - the rest had to wait until after 25 :)

I applaud you for providing some context, since that is far more relevant to the rules than the content is.

Nothing in your short blurb is presented with the intent to arouse, stimulate, or titillate the reader., It appears to be backstory material only, so it should be fine here.

The OP's section is of someone at the age of 18 reminiscing back to when they were 10/11/12.

Probaby fine. Personally I would remove the section about girl's bodies changing shape. That seems gray enough to fail a black/white test.
Agree. Err on the side of caution. There's a phrase or two in the OP's synopsis that could get a bounce. It doesn't take much.
