Um, I love improvised coordinations of gyration!

But, I also did competitive dance for more than a decade, taught dance and dance fitness, and took a myriad of other dance classes ranging from swing to salsa to pole so, yea, I love dancing. Period. Choreographed or freestyle. I don't care. Give me all of it and dance your own little hearts out in whatever way you know and love
