Glad we found a winner for you. it always surprises me the different themes that people end up enjoying. Makes it fun.

To be fair, I don't think there's been a theme I haven't enjoyed

I couldn't help but notice that the shadow cast by one leg onto the other from the flash makes it look like you're wearing the coolest, transparent stockings ever with your snazzy sneakers.

This week's theme has made it clear to me I own far few show-like objects than most folks. I doubt that will change. So I'll have to ratio my shoe shots in case they're needed in the future.

I need cuter sneakers. I, too, tried converse and I can’t wear them. I feel like I tweak my ankle when I walk in them.

Guess I’ll stick with patent leather.

That’s always been my beef with Converse All Stars. They just aren’t comfortable. They look amazing. But over no cushion or padding whatsoever and my feet always hurt after wearing them.

ETA- I realized how much of an old man that just made me sound after I re-read this.

You know, Mizz… you could just get some REALLY COOL custom inserts to go in any shoe. Dammit, now who’s the old one??

Compression socks also help a ton. I wear thick wool compression socks this time of year #bliss

I’ve always prioritized comfort, so I’ve used gel inserts since my 20s

Plus Bombas socks for the last decade which also help a ton.

I personally love them and have gotten my family and friends addicted to them too. They’re expensive, but I like the donation aspect and they’ll replace them for free if you get a hole or have other issues.
