So I thought this might be an idea for a thread. Wasn't sure where to put it, so I stuck it in the Cafe, but mods are welcome to move it to Talk if they want. :)

Basically, the question's in the title: what squicks you out?

This thread is not meant to be judgmental of anybody's kink or anything like that. If someone doesn't like your fetish, that doesn't mean they don't like you. It just means your kink is not my kink, and that's ok or however the little saying goes. Let's not let it devolve into something that it's not intended to be.

Anyway, I'll start. Breeding fetish squicks me out because the thought of being pregnant is horrific to me. I get why someone else might like it, but it's an automatic, knee-jerk squick for me.

How about you?

I lean pleasure dom, and that makes me malleable to my partner, and I can definitely go quite a bit out of my comfort zone in providing the sort of experience that is desired, and enjoy it wholeheartedly from how my partner responds to it.

But I did run head first into a hard limit of mine the one time I was encouraged to draw blood.

Oh, God, kissing and receiving oral are also problematic for me. I can handle them (and sometimes enjoy) if the person giving doesn't make it too gross for me. But people who are really sloppy with either? No, thank you.
 
Someone once classified me as the type who would happily eat a bowl of oatmeal infront of an episode of CSI, where they are digging around in someones brain.
So yeah, I don’t squick easily, but I’m really not fond of puking or puke. I can deal with it when I have to, because life, but putting puke and sexy, fun time in the same sentence really doesn’t compute.

This is one of mine, too. My sociopath ex accidentally made me sick one time by face fucking me too hard right after I had eaten. That immediately put the damper on anything sexual. *Shudder*

Yes, like that.

Puking happens and it’s gross, but you get through it. And when it’s someone else, we all know the girl code (and to me it’s the human code) - we hold their hair/pat their back and try not to sympthy hurl over them.
And I laugh at the Thin Mint Scene.

There are multitudes of things, that are limits or just not hot or even yuck to me, but I can usually still intellectually understand how someone else could connect it to sexuality - even when I would probably feel better about myself if I couldn’t.
With puke though, its as if my brain just goes ”Nope, you’re on your own here”, when I try to understand it.

As in the OP, reiterating that these are not judgements on people who do these things, just personal squicks:

Age play that gets into significantly under-age territory. (Specifically, sexual age play; no particular issue with adult-baby play that's not sexualised. NMK but wouldn't bug me to be around.)

Shit (as focus, can cope with incidental), puke; could probably cope with piss in an easy-to-clean location, if the other party was really into it, but otherwise ick.

(Blood, OTOH, doesn't bug me as long as health and safety are protected; for reasons I won't go into, I'm fairly used to seeing blood.)

Smoking fetish, particularly if I have to smell it. The smell makes me gag and it has too many associations with ugly ways to die.

Firearms play. Nope nope nope.

Probably more if I were to look through a big list of kinks and experience Rule 34 in its sanity-shattering majesty, but those are the ones that come to mind.

Significantly underage sexual ageplay is one of my kinks, but I totally get why it would squick someone else. Bodily fluids stuff, I feel the same way.

Smoking fetish doesn't exactly squick me, but I'm not a fan. I'm a fat asthmatic, so it doesn't take much smoke to set me to wheezing.

Firearms! I didn't think of that one. Not exactly a squick for me, personally, but I can see why it would be. I'd have to really trust the person handling the firearm and verify myself that it wasn't loaded before I'd go there.

It's one of those, had a REALLY bad experience where they were used on me without consent and I don't see that I'll ever get over it.

Lots of other things people have listed are similar hard nope. I would echo @Bramblethorn especially re fire arms.

The handcuffs thing, I get. I am no longer a fan of plastic wrap mummification for the same reason--a bad experience. No, thank you.

Cuck situations squick me out. I know it's a common kink and I am definitely not yucking your yum... just not for me.
