Interesting observations but I think you left out the worst thing about Trump. His orange hair. As open-minded people that are "inclusive" it is clear that Trump is bad and should indeed be mocked because of his hair color. Failure to mock someone based on their hair color is a form of racism. Before the election, Butters, Adrina and a few others were filling these pages with multiple new Trump Hate Threads every day…Nazi! Fascist! Existential Threat!
Trump & Abortions, their 2 favorite topics….how do you define that new clump of tissue you are carrying in your womb?
Is Obama Care good or is it Communism?
Someday will ALL American women have a penis?
What will be the next Minority Group people start yelling about?
But… the Butters & Adrina Bitchfest (featuring Roary & Rob!)…. Was boring, and just doesn’t work with the TRUMP team in power. So, they’ve Self-Cancelled their little “ everyone else is a NAZI!!!” Show.
~ ONE UNDENIABLE FACET OF ELECTING TRUMP IS HE TURNS THE POLITICAL NEWS CYCLE INTO THE NATIONAL ENQUIRER… more DRAMA more CIRCUS… MOAR!”
American Politics now has an ever increasing speed and increased Drama! Component…just to keep average american wage slaves distracted.
Alien drones, let’s repossess the Panama Canal…
God Bless America!
What’s Today’s Drama? Discuss! Have fun!

Good luck with that!
Lol
I was listening to judge Napolitano's (Ret) opinion, he didn't think SCOTUS would rule on Trump's case.I think he's got a good argument from a legal standpoint.
He has appeals pending on his immunity based on the SCOTUS decision. Given that he may be immune from being tried, let alone convicted, for the 34 felonies, why should the sentencing go forward until we know the answer to the underlying question of whether he can be put on trial or not?
Further, the appellate courts have CONSISTENTLY ruled against Trump's appeals only to be reversed by SCOTUS. Taking their refusal to either hear his appeals, or denying them outright nearly immediately, only continues that long line of appellate courts being incorrect in their decisions when it comes to Trump.
In the end this is theater. None of this will prevent Trump from becoming the 47th President. What it is INTENDED to do, is ensure that he has difficulty administering the laws of the nation. Which makes what Merchan is doing unlawful at its core.
You cannot commit an illegal act in order to promote justice and the law. This is where the TDS afflicted currently stand when they support Bragg's case and Merchan's decisions.

In my opinion this would set a new precedent and allow lower courts to abuse power without the relief. IMHO
I totally agree that Trump's argument is a valid one. I hope Trump's team pushes for a SCOTUS hearing. Having a felony conviction could affect his future life after his term has ended. Bragg, Merchan, James should all be disbarred. Bragg should be charged with subornation of perjury just for starters. imho.SCOTUS is well known for sitting on their hands and doing nothing. that doesn't mean Trump's argument isn't valid. Only that SCOTUS refuses to do its job and control the lower courts.

Well, with what you said, how can SCOTUS possibly justify not ruling. This purely interferes with the execution of official presidential duties. NY appellate courts are just as corrupt. It affects his ability to be President because some nations bar convicted felons from going there. If Trump cannot go, for example, as part of a State Visit to the UK, then he cannot act on our behalf as President.
THAT is the overriding concern and it is the underlying root reason Merchan is pushing to sentence him before the inauguration.

Maybe the new AG can or will request a writ of certiorari.
Imagine, if you will, a legal system where you can be sentenced for not committing a crime. *cue Twilight Zone theme*
Where do you get your mushrooms? The MAGA SCOTUS will sit on their hands for as long as Harlan Crow pays them to do that. And when Crow ducks out, Musk will take over. He won't waste the money and effort already expended by not doing that.
Phhhht… Trump wasnt president when he splooged on Stormy Daniels or when he paid her to stay quiet.
So the immunity argument is a non starter.
Good thing that ^ did NOT happen in DonOld’s “Stormy Daniels case”.
DonOld was - Indicted for his crimes. - Tried in a court of law in front of a jury of his peers. - Subjected to that jury’s deliberations. - Convicted by that jury of his peers. - and DonOld will now be sentenced by the Judge in that court of law.
NOTHING about that ^ belongs in a “Twilight Zone” episode. (Maybe in a “Bizarro (MAGA) World Twilight Zone” episode.)
Hope that ^ helps.

And if those conviction are overturned on appeal? What will you say then? That the courts you insist are unbiased enough for his convictions to have solid foundations, have somehow maga-ically become corrupt?
