(And then, I'd lay out a skeleton on my desk for the first day of class. I'd ask the students for a show of hands of those who don't want to get old. Many hands would rise. I'd wave over the bones and inform them that "he's been 22 for the last thirty years." I'd ask again how many didn't want to get old. No hands would go up.)
