100%.Leave the cabinet doors open. It will let the warm room air in. You can put Styrofoam, or insulation between the pipes and wall for better insulation. They also make a electric pipe wrap you can wrap around the pipes and low electric sensors keep them warm so they don't freeze. I've seen people put heating pads behind the pipes although I don't suggest that. The pipe wrap is made specifically for that. They even sell the foam pipe wrap that will insulate the pipes.
I just wouldn’t use any insulation that could potentially get wet. (Fiberglass)
