I forgot I drank decaf yesterday. It's bulk tea in an unlabelled bag, so I forgot some of what's in it. If metabolizing caffeine while I slept fucked me up today, then more caffeine may fuck me up more. I had a Tea Party of throwing the decaf in the trash.

I'm sorry - that's uncomfortable.
As you microdose, continue to hydrate and exercise, too (lunges, squats, etc.). And if you have any foods with fiber around the house, try adding some to your diet. Even popcorn - it's a whole grain with insoluble fiber. Just go easy on the butter and salt.
Hope you can get things moving again soon!!

As you microdose, continue to hydrate and exercise, too (lunges, squats, etc.). And if you have any foods with fiber around the house, try adding some to your diet. Even popcorn - it's a whole grain with insoluble fiber. Just go easy on the butter and salt.

I have a low fiber colitis diet, so I initially thought it is just colitis pain. When this happened once before I treated it with rhubarb tea from an Asian health food store, and then gave the tea box to my aunt. Before I drive there and spend money again, I can try more fiber.

Yikes! Colitis sounds even worse. IDK anything about diet and colitis - my suggestions were very generic. Please disregard anything that is contraindicated for your condition.

Also - I don't work in the medical field. Like, At. All.
I just know big words and stuff.

I just finished reading the making of Spamalot, and then start watching a YouTube of the original Broadway performance. I think I’ll watch the holy grail next.
It has the swallow bit in it.
The book is facinating and Spamalot itself weaves a lot of good Python bits together with the grail tale.
I did see the show back when it first toured too.

That’s what I’m thinking. Even without cheating, it’s hard to give rebuilt trust if it’s been broken.
