You are as full of crap as a Christmas turkey, chud. The Nazi movement had aspects of socialism, but Joseph Gobbels assured German landlords and businessmen that the Nazis did not intent to confiscate their wealth. Nazis did not fight in the street against conservatives, but against Communists.
Correct; but state, not collective ownership. Big diff.Of course it is, because they collectivize the means of production under one race.
Right, and and the Nazi perspective if that the only way a society to be truly egalitarian is for everyone to be the same race.
No it doesn't. LOL It just requires collective ownership of the means of production. The ideological theories and justifications behind that might change what kind or type of socialism you're talking about but they don't make it not socialism. The Nazis were not Marxist clearly, but they were socialist.
Word.Hitler himself said and wrote repeatedly he was a socialist. The only thing to understand here, is that his socialism was based on nation (and thus by his extension on race), while the Marxists and those on the left that "we" now commonly call "socialists" based their socialism on class. Economically speaking, both systems are extremely similar: towards the so-called working classes, Hitler introduced social benefits that we (and especially US people) would call "socialism"; towards private enterprises he introduced policies that de facto nationalized control, even if ownership wasn't fully so – contrary to what happened in Russia. The economy of Nazi Germany was largely based on the same central planning principles that governed that of communist Russia. It had to be for him to be able to prepare for a full-scale war by 1940 (his original target having been around 1945), a war that he needed in order to be able to eliminate the so called "inferior races" in all of Europe.
Speaking as a European: Those on the left need to open their eyes, instead of blindly redefining terminology because Hitler was bad guy who in part based his ideology on the same roots as leftist socialists and communists did (roots that evolved over 2000 years before branching into these two specific versions (amongst others)). Those on the right need to open their eyes, instead of blindly declaring that anything that is more to the left of whatever they themselves think is deadly or ungodly socialism. And those who wave both MAGA and swastika flags urgently need to get an education and a new moral compass.
Absolutely! The Nazi government was a prime example of a "big government".The real common element in fascism vs. socialism is their commitment to statified economic policy. The ex-Trotskyist Jim Burnham described the New Deal, the Nazi state, and Stalinism as variants of a single phenomenon. Orwell drew on him.
Very wrong. The Nazis fought many more people than communists. The Nazi movement had aspects of socialism, but Joseph Gobbels assured German landlords and businessmen that the Nazis did not intent to confiscate their wealth. Nazis did not fight in the street against conservatives, but against Communists.
Utter bullshit.Of course they did....the loss of their ownership of their own means of production.
All that belonged to the German nation at that point. Making them socialist.
Excellent.Absolutely! The Nazi government was a prime example of a "big government".
Very wrong. The Nazis fought many more people than communists.
Yes, they did not confiscate all wealth and they even privatized big companies (such as the national railways, but do you really think a government that had remilitarization as its top goal did not keep actual control of the most important transportation system it had at its disposal?). They did not confiscate, because their socialism was not based on class, but on nation.
They did still confiscate a lot of wealth, however, and/but they did not need to confiscate all wealth in order to bring all big industries under state control. Check out the 1933 Act for the Formation of Compulsory Cartels, as just one example. Or the 1937 policy dissolving all corporations with a capital under $40,000 and making illegal the establishment of new ones with a capital less than $200,000. Goodbye small business owners other than mom&pop shops... In Nazi Germany, massive regulation was the norm, which put the real power in the hands of the party, the government, and especially the top.
In intello discussion, one may argue this rationally. But most who would say it are chuds.National Socialism:
"While one might assume that the Nazis are socialist based on their name alone, there's a huge piece that prevents this from being so; Nazi ideology includes the existence of "slave-races" who would perform all the menial tasks a society would need, while the "superior" Germans would have generous social welfare and careers for themselves only. While social welfare is indeed a key aspect of Social Democracy and it's indeed possible to have a stratified society in most versions of socialism, the core concept is that everyone has some "ownership" over their place of employment, whether that's via the workers owning the business directly or everyone getting a share of the profits via taxes and wealth redistribution. Nazism lacks even this most rudimentary requirement. In theory, Nazi ideology would have all the slave-races exterminated eventually with only the Germans remaining, at which point one could argue that the Germans would live in some bizarre form of Social (non)-Democracy and thus be some bizarre/vile form of socialism... until they just declared that the grey-eyed and/or strawberry-blonde Germans to be insufficiently German and they are back to slavery again.
"If someone claims that the Nazis were really socialists, chances are that they are actually a Nazi themselves."
Why did most rich people support the Nazis?Absolutely! The Nazi government was a prime example of a "big government".
Very wrong. The Nazis fought many more people than communists.

They weren't Jews, dumbass. Why did most rich people support the Nazis?
Why did most rich people support the Nazis?
Maybe, but Orwell was largely a critic of Marxist, not Nazis.Orwell understood it all better than you.

What a stupid chud you are. And i mean RILLY RILLY stupid.Maybe, but Orwell was largely a critic of Marxist, not Nazis.
Try to stay on topic.
Excellent, except that Hitler promised the German Jewish bourgeoisie an out through Zionist emigration, then unpopular among Jews, and the Nazis actually fought against Social Democrats more than commies. They were thrilled to take commies in their ranks.
- Rich Jews surely didn't.
- Some/Many of the rich will have liked the anti-Semitism, which has a very very very long history in Western Europe.
- Those who stood to gain from supplying to the state sure did seek to benefit financially (remember that Hitler's socialism was not based on class). And the state was spending a lot of money.
- The Nazi's fought the communists, who surely would take away rich people's money, castles, ... if they could.
- Many of the old aristocracy considered the Nazis low class upstarts and didn't support them for real, but they were militaristic and wanted a stronger military/Germany that would regain lost territories, which is what Hitler provided/promised.
- Hitler cleverly promised something to everybody (except Jews), in order to get everybody's support.
- Getting out of a cult is infinitely harder than being drawn into it.
- Many/Most people are cowards when it comes to opposing a fascist regime and risking their wealth/life for that.
It's bullshit because you, a fucking moron, posted it, and because the German economy was never nationalized by the Nazis. How is it bullshit?

So where does a dumbass like you fit in this discussion?Boom...and that's pretty much the TLDR on Nazis vs. Marxist. Race socialist vs. class socialist..... both pretending they are in no way related to one another. LOL
This makes you something other than a dumbass? So you got nothing.
And you reject reality.
Imagine my total NOT shock.

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
Dude, you're a Trumpist so you start with negative credibility, but when you state with confidence that Orwell supported fascism when he actually fought on the communist side of the Spanish Civil War, there is nowhere else for you to go.So you got nothing.
And you reject reality.
