Gary and his wife are well off that they are able to go on multiple trips a year. Gary doesn't like to travel but his wife often does. She would always invite him to come with her along with families and friends, but most times he declines. He likes this arrangement because he gets some time to himself and his wife is happy going on trips. His wife would always call, video chat and take pictures to share to him. Gary trust his wife, however, there's this one trip every year that gives him a gut wrenching feeling. His wife goes alone and never invites anyone, even Gary. There's never an exception to miss it and she always prioritize that trip no matter what. She never really calls and pictures are rare. Her reason is that it's a special place for her and that she doesn't want it ruined. They love each other, they are well off and it's not his money that she uses to make the trip so he should not worry.

She is actually an ancient Greek goddess who lived thousands of years ago. But she offended the Pantheon somehow, and was sent to the underworld as punishment. Hades, the ruler of the underworld, was smitten by her, and loved having sex with her, and they made love all the time. The other gods could not have this. Besides, the goddess longed to go back to the world of the living. They work out a compromise that the goddess could go back to live a normal human (albeit immortal) life, but she had to return to Hades for one week every year to satisfy his needs.

I just finished watching squid game season 2, so this idea is heavily influenced by that.

Every year she goes to an island and she is the hosts for a sexual elimination type game that is viewed by rich VIP's. In the gameshow the contestants have to do crazy and absurd sexual challanges to advance through the rounds and in the end the winner wins a cash prize.

Also the contestents can be booked for private time by the VIP's.

Of course the host (the wife) can also be booked for private time and entertainment in between the games.

The wife gets paid alot of money for hosting this, money that she then uses to pay for her other luxury trips with her friends throughout the year.

The story would be a crazy mix of gameshow theme, extreme sex, cheating wife, etc. (Basically you can put nearly anything in this story.)

At the start you could throw in a challange that weeds out alot of contestants at once.
If you start with 250 men and 250 women, but the first challange is that each woman has to get 2 men and get DP's by them. This means half the women go home.
Next challange, each man must get a woman to do a certain sexual act. But since there are only 125 men left, now half the women go home.

Other challange could be something like, Women have to collect as much cum as they can in a measuring cup. The X amount of women with the least cum get eliminated.

Of course, it is completely open what happens to eliminated contestants. Do they go home? Do they become toys for the VIP's?

Again, I just finished Season 2 of squid games (Netflix series) so this is heavily influenced by that, if you have watched it, you probably can picture a bit what I mean with this idea.

They get the opportunity to become "obstacles" for the surviving contestants. One (and only one) of the rejects gets added back into the real contest in the last round. They get paid for every day they hang on, so they're motivated to be obstacles.

Say, male contestants have to resist coming for X amount of time (30 minutes?). The ones who have orgasms are eliminated. You could spice it up by having the people trying to make them come be of the absolute opposite of their favorite gender. And blindfold them, so they don't know it until after they lose and come.

Remember the SNL skit, "Annuale," about the medication that makes it so women only have one period a year, but "when it is time for your period, hold onto your fucking hat" ?

The wife is a werewolf! But thanks to modern medicine, she doesn't involuntarily turn into a werewolf every full moon, she only needs to change once a year, on the Summer Solstice or whatever. She charters a private flight every year to an uninhabited island, where she can wolf out for a week without danger of hurting anyone. Of course she kept it a secret from her husband, who would want to be married to a werewolf?

The husband finally gets fed up with the mystery, and secretly books his own flight to spy on her annual destination. He flies as far as the mainland near the island, then rents a small pleasure boat to get to the island quietly without alerting her.

All sorts of scenarios are going through his head, each more upsetting than the last. Does she do an intense survivalist thing out here? Is she obsessed with a Lost Treasure of Oak Island type of thing? Is it some kind of freaky sex cult? Is she a drug kingpin?

Hubby is about to discover his dear wife's secret. He's about to be hunted by a sexually ravenous werewolf, and he might actually enjoy it... if he survives!

This concept reminds me of an erotic novel I once read. I think it was called Annual Leave, and the wife/mother went on vacation by herself to get away from all her duties at home. While away she meets a guy and they hookup. The husband ends up finding out (though I can't remember exactly how) but is okay with it, and it becomes a yearly thing for her at the end.

I like this! It's unique and a great twist on the Hades/Persephone story.

You could even take it a step further and have Gary venture into the underworld to "rescue her" and make it a spin on the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.

EDIT: And depending on the angle the author wants to take it, the way Gary proves his love could be the opposite to that myth. Instead of not being able to look back, Gary has to watch everything his wife and Hades do together or... something bad will happen. It can't be like in the myth, given the wife in the underworld all the time was the issue in the first place here.
