If it's there he would know. Myself, I'd like to have seen him as the AG.The NY bar association are as much political hacks as James and Bragg.
Mark Levin presented a pretty good case for charging Bragg with subornation of perjury.
That's for damn sure.True, and I am sure they knew that. But they were hoping it would fool "some of the people some of the time." Thus still another election. She really is a whore.
He would've been a good choice but I love the Pam Bondi selection. Trump surrounding himself with weak women. If it's there he would know. Myself, I'd like to have seen him as the AG.
I like her too. I hope she's tough. Mark was the number two at the DOJ when he was Chief of Staff to AG Ed Meese. He is still active with his legal foundation and Constitutional knowledge is at the SCOTUS level. He would've been a good choice but I love the Pam Bondi selection. I enjoy watching his show "Life Liberty Levin" It's packed with constitutional law and current legal events. I never miss his show, I've learned a lot.. He often discusses his time with Ed Meese, even had him on as a guest. Bondi's is hard as nails. There are so many qualified picks for AG, the bench is deep. Don't forget Jonathan T.I like her too. But oddly the appellate court didn’t think this case was a bridge too far.We told them this case was a bridge too far and wouldn't stand. We can take some solace from the rectal paroxysms and the resulting states of panic that are undoubtedly occurring in Buttersville and beyond.
"After carefully considering the trial court’s findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. "The remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring."
"Accordingly, we reverse the trial court’s denial of the appellants’ motion to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. "As we conclude that the elected district attorney is wholly disqualified from this case, ‘the assistant district attorneys — whose only power to prosecute a case is derived from the constitutional authority of the district attorney who appointed them — have no authority to proceed,'""After carefully considering the trial court’s findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office," the filing states. More than that, they were counting on it hurting some people by denying them their vote, their civil right, and this is exactly what the good movement of the 60s has descended into and why the people have shuddered and loosed itself from the chains of small minds that bind. (MLK's dream of equality became the dreams of a Socialist father, from the welcome to the transformative [you cannot transform human nature]).True, and I am sure they knew that. But they were hoping it would fool "some of the people some of the time." Thus still another election. She really is a whore.
As ABC has learned to the tune of $15 million, Trump was not convicted of rape.
Agree. This is just the latest BS prosecution attempt to bite the dust.Legally, Fani's endeavor was a loser from the beginning. There was no way this case would ever be a successful RICO prosecution.
Odd that the court doesn’t agree with that.Agree. This is just the latest BS prosecution attempt to bite the dust.
Another prosecutor could pick up the case but it’s doubtful that will happen. If someone does try to chase that rainbow, good luck. lol.Odd that the court doesn’t agree with that.
My understanding is that a new prosecutor will be assigned on the lottery system so the odds are that we're going to see, "All charges dismissed with extreme prejudice."Another prosecutor could pick up the case but it’s doubtful that will happen. If someone does try to chase that rainbow, good luck. lol.
More proof that shows Trump supporters are in a cult.Another prosecutor could pick up the case but it’s doubtful that will happen. If someone does try to chase that rainbow, good luck. lol.
Have you read any of his books? They are master classes on American history and jurisprudence.I enjoy watching his show "Life Liberty Levin" It's packed with constitutional law and current legal events. It has to go to another county in order to continue the prosecution as Willis' entire office was disqualified. The problem is it is a fundamentally flawed RICO case with novel applications of legal theory never before seen in RICO prosecutions. Fani and her office are both corrupt and incompetent. It was her office and her DEI hires that totally fucked up and lost the YSL case recently. She may even be guilty of embezzlement as she is reported to have paid Nathan Wade out of a secured impoundment fund to keep it off the books. These are funds paid that she benefited from. She seems to be nothing more than a grifter.Another prosecutor could pick up the case but it’s doubtful that will happen. If someone does try to chase that rainbow, good luck. lol.
Trump didn't have a "rape" conviction and Fani Willis' incompetence and inherent corruption is what got her and her entire office disqualified.
Trump didn't have a "rape" conviction...
Thanks. I didn’t realize her entire office was disqualified. Too funny. It has to go to another county in order to continue the prosecution as Willis' entire office was disqualified.
