The Divine Right of Kings Presidents says that he can steal, bribe, threaten and rape without fear of retribution and Congress is full of weakling ass-suckers who agree with his every word.

He's threatening to imprison any dissidents, search houses looking for people whose ethnicity is unapproved, invade neighboring countries who stand up to him (but nO nEw waRs!).
