Afternoon, all... I had a nice sleep in followed by a Much Needed Haircut! Roads were not bad. Glad I waited the extra day before venturing out. Gassed up the buggy while I was on the road, too.

I have had my share of sinusitis. It’s miserable. Heat really helps me especially packs or wash cloths and a sinus rinse using a squeeze bottle with warm saline solution. Remember to start with hot or warm filtered water rather than tap water. There are certain bacteria in the plumbing that can make the sinuses worse!

Yes, Always, Always use distilled water for a sinus rinse!! Never drinking water, tap water, or spring water.

I also always use the pre-mixed saline packages. They use the proper form of sodium and proper grade of ingredients that's all pH balanced for our bodies. Table salt is not the right kind of sodium for a nasal rinse.

Doesn't a finger on the trigger indicate a commitment to firing? Pretty sure that's what I was taught. Until you're squeezing the trigger, there's no need to touch the trigger.

This new sleep schedule sucks. According to the apps and what my Doc says I should be getting 6 hours 45 minutes of sleep a night. I’m going to bed later so I’m “more tired” and I’ll get more quality sleep. Well this morning the alarm went off and I rolled over and got another 90 minutes of sleep. I’ll keep working on it and hopefully I’ll start to se the desired results soon.

Oh BSK! 🫂 🫂 Sounds challenging! Sleep schedules are so important but can be so hard to adjust them.

I had a busy day. The tree guys came to take down my broken tree. I now have a nice stack of aromatic wood underneath my deck!

I lost my mailbox key somewhere in my house (I think) a couple of weeks ago. 😖😤🤬 So today, I broke the lock on my mailbox. It was surprisingly easy to do. I attended a short class at YouTube U to learn how. My neighbor got the lock out of the door. I went to Lowe's to get a replacement lock. Nice neighbor will replace tomorrow.

My friend, nice neighbor's fiance, wasn't feeling well from a sinus infection. So I made a house call, brought her an eye mask that can be heated or cooled, and told her I'll see her in the morning.

I decided I wanted a burger but not fast food, so I'm currently sitting at the bar in my local Red Robin.

Yep. It was fun 3/4 way through all my tasks.....I am.exhausted. I need someone to rub my back til I fall asleep
