I am thinking that it takes some kind of bad luck for the internet to go out because the last person to service the pole installed the line too tight. Now hopping from 60 degrees to 30 degrees has caused the coax to tighten completely off the connector leaving me without internet for the last 14 hours...i am not equipped for this mentally just come fix the f'ing internet
