I blame my bladder but my urologist says a hormone that controls the urge decreases with age. Argh

Sounds like a 1-2 punch to me.
PCP told me the bladder is like a balloon. Over time it loses elasticity and we need to go more frequently.
That plus the hormone decrease?? Ugh

Good morning WAT and all with insomnia. I was awake at 3 and tried to go back but finally surrendered to being awake. An afternoon nap is in the works.
