The part about the jury deadlock that really pisses me off is that there are jurors who believe Daniel Penny is guilty and refuse to back down from that insane position.Deadlock means that there are two groups of jurors who dug in their heels and refuse to change their position. We don’t know how many in each group. It could be as small as a single person. At least one person believes that Daniel Penny should be found guilty. And that’s a travesty. But that group number can be as high as 11 people.Daniel Penny is a Good Samaritan, a hero, the best that America has to offer. He should have been given the keys to the city and celebrated, not cuffed and put on trial. American has failed Daniel for having to sit through this torture. I am sorry for that.
 
So a jury made its decision based on the available evidence and you're mad about it.
