I have written a few stories here and depending on if it is a one off or chapter story is how soon you bring in the sex. Typed pages in word or other processors tend to be shorter in length to a Lit page. If you are going for a 2-3 lit page you should bring in the sex by the end of the first page.

If you are going for a chapter story it could be added into the mix about midway through the second page because you want character development.

Just my thoughts

Just put a warning on top about the almost no sex part. Hard to complain if you tell everyone first.

I might be the odd one out on this site, but I do enjoy all the set up and teasing. For me it gets my mind thinking about the places it could go, waiting for the shoe to drop. Could definitely be fun to see the evolution of the piece. I'm sure it's already stellar, slow starts are good. Builds tension, and makes the eventual sex all the hotter. I have all the faith I can muster that you'll write an amazing sexy story!
