I do it all the time. Usually in a swinging environment (easier) but not always.

I just don't see myself as an 'older man'. I don't dress like an old man. I don't act like an old man. I'm comfortable in my own skin and I'm confident and sociable. I'm naturally flirty and at the same time (partly because of my age) I'm seen as non-threatening.
 
Many women want to be comforted and protected and feel safe with an older man. They are also curious what it would be like to fuck and older man and most often want more when they get the chance.
