what is beastiality?

I have a concept for a new story that revolves around a secret world where there a lots of races. Most of these are non human in fact there will be very few humans in the story.

There will be creaturers Like Pan half Goat Half Man and Centaurs half Cow/Bull half Human. There will be distorted charachers Like a wolf that walks on two legs except when running, it will have some human type qualities. In any case these "animals" will interact in every way with the humans.

Since chyoo has a request for no beastiality where do we all sit on this sort of concept?

I'm fairly certain non-human is ok. In literotica story index they have a whole section dedicated to this. Several stories on chyoo have werewolves, demons and trolls etc. In general any creature that is mythical or imaginary is ok. Though it wasn't until I read your post that I realised that the thread I put in to Sixth's Aaralon story probably steps well over the line as a snake is definately not mythical or imaginary.

I have to say im totally open minded on the issue but was surprised the snake aspect was not edited in some way. i actually thought it was fine in the context of the story.

Your thread made good reading are you going to add some more to it ??

my understanding is that beastiality is when a human has sex with an animal. if your character is an animal or part animal it falls in the realm of Sci/fi and fantasy

I think the line can be blurred when it comes to taste...For example, if you have someone randomly have sex with a dog, there is little taste, and that I would consider against the rules.

On the other hand, if there is a near-human animal, that fits into the story better. Otherwise, there wouldn't be much added to fantasy, would there?

I think that sex with a dog could be made tasteful in a story, they do it on pornographic websites, the option should at least be open to us, if you dont want it in your story, reject it, but some people might think it adds eroticism like the eroticism of incest or nonconsent. But, as in any category, of course it can become random and tasteless.
