Does this interpretation of "Personal Liberty" follow the road that this mental case in his truck took? Desperation? Confusion of reality with non-reality? And ultimately, threatening to blow up people and property?

This person is unfortunately a pawn(expendable) in a vast propaganda campaign by the far right to promote Liberty, Personal Liberty over Democracy(the grounding ideal that we live in a society without which none of us individuals could exist in or function in if it wasn't in place.)
