Okay so I read this on September 6, 2022, so it was published before then. It was in the nonconsent category. I can’t remember any of the characters names or anything but the main girl had been a soldier and I’m pretty sure she was dressed as a man? But when she got captured they found out she’s a woman so she was kept in this room and 1 guy kept visiting her and they have sex and he ends up being a prince or the ruler or something. And at some point they go on a ship and he spanks her. I don’t know if that’s too vague, it was a really good story and I can’t find it!
