Regular readers might know that my fetish is Dad-daughter. I always qualify that by confessing that MajorRewrite's Spring Break Wife is one of my favourite stories on Lit. But that is because it is a great well written intense adventure, not because the protagonists are Mom-son. Sure, it works because of the taboo, but they could be any inappropriate pairing. I'm just glad I never had a daughter.

I was thinking about a twist on the typical.

Desmond discovers his best friend mick reading a Mom-Son story on Lit. Nick does not even bother beating off when Desmond enters Nick's bedroom. Nick confesses that he fantasizes that it is Nick's own Mom he pictures in the stories. Desmond races home and tells his Mom, Sue about his discovery. Sue is equally shocked and disgusted. Sue sets off to confront Nick's Mom Jennifer. Sue is shocked again when Jennifer admits knowing not just that Mick beats ff to Mom-son porn, Jennifer dreams that one day, she can make Nick's dream come true. "Maybe nest year, for spring break, we can go to Myrtle Beach ad I can pretend to be his wife."

Sue is just as disgusted as Desmond was. She reports her horror to her son, who immediately vows to never visit Nick again. Desmond goes to his room as Sue prepares supper. Gradually, separately, each realizes that the encounter has left them horny. As shocking as this might be, they each need relief. But unlike a typical Lit plot, they do not turn to each other. who do they fuck?

I have one "Every mom should do their son" where the mother's best friend and her son stay with her and her son to get back on her feet after a divorce. Mom catches her friend having sex with her son(her own son) confronts her about it and gets told how incredible it is and she should try it...and eventually does. I suppose this could play the same way

1. If the characters are trying to scratch forbidden itches, they might act out in other ways that aren't incestuous but are still, e.g., illegal, socially abhorrent, and/or come laden with extremely high personal stakes.
2. If the characters are sexually excited by strong maternal bonds, maybe the mom supports/nurtures/grooms/patronizes/makes sacrifices for a young lover; perhaps the son Giving Trees an older woman, e.g., falling for her, idolizing her, relying on her, using her, depleting her, abandoning her, ... coming back decades later just to sit on her stump, etc.
3. If the characters are simply feel turned by each other's body types (older woman, younger man, people who look like they could be blood relatives, etc.) then, um, well there you go.
4. If the characters are grappling with incest kinks they simply don't wish to act on, then doppelgangers can be a fun, surreal substitute. Yeah, doppelgangers. What? Don't look at me like that. Everyone loves a good doppelganger story, I'm pretty sure.

Some of these suggestions are an awkward fit for the synopsis you've pitched. I offer them in sporting good humor, and hope they find you well. I admire your little seedling of a story, and I look forward to seeing what it grows into!

Desmond runs into Jennifer in an uncomfortable confrontation where Jennifer explains her reasoning. Desmond can see Jennifer in compromising situations but not his own mother. Jennifer who is open minded indulges Desmond’s hidden fantasies and role play as Sue.

Meanwhile, Sue asks Jennifer for similar advice. Jennifer says she will arrange a rendezvous.

The rendezvous is with each other, of course, but Nick and Jennifer conspire to keep them from realizing that they are each other until it is too late. Maybe it's a costume party, maybe they arrange an "accidental" power outage, maybe they tell each of them that the person they are hooking up with doesn't want their identity known and insists on doing it in the dark*. Once they have done the deed and realized how wonderful it is, the secret is revealed.

How about this. Both Desmond and Sue starts visiting places when people like the other visits most. So Sue starts visiting clubs, while Desmond hangs out around grocery stores and such. They both proceed to seduce hot new adults and MILFs, respectively, trying to scratch their itches. Finally though they realize they were only looking for themselves and a true incest finally happens. Afterwards, they have a foursome with Nick and Jennifer, as an apology for scolding them in the first place.
