Capitalism needs regulation. What kind exactly? I don't know. I'm not an expert on that. I don't have an answer. Wish I did. *shrugs* But I'm not going to act like Capitalism is the Gold Standard for how society should be.

Until you can come up with a better system then all you are doing is blowing shit out your ass... It's sort of like the old saw (which I'm paraphrasing of course): "Democracy is a terrible way to run a country, but given the alternatives, I'd choose Democracy.

And the poor are only poor because they suck with money.

Capitalism needs regulation.

Then it ceases to be capitalism, and is in almost every case some flavor of socialism.

But I'm not going to act like Capitalism is the Gold Standard for how society should be.

Why is free choice and private interactions/transactions not the gold standard?

The only other option is government force.
