Er, it kind of does.
My understanding is that you can't publish a story here in which a character is raped and it's a horrible experience.
You can, however, publish a story in which a character is raped, it's the bestest sex they ever had, and they end up thanking the rapist for forcing them to do what, deep down, they really wanted.
I suppose you can quibble over whether that's advocating rape or just glorifying it, but to the extent that you believe that fiction can have the effect of shaping how people see the world and what they think that 'people who aren't them' are really like, if I did want to advocate rape, these are exactly the kind of stories I'd want the site to be publishing.
