How to console a man after 8-second sex

So, take my words with a grain of salt, since I've never had sex before. If I were to have sex with someone with a penis and they were only able to thrust for 8 seconds, I'd be disappointed, especially if they weren't remorseful over their lack of performance. If I loved the person and they felt bad, I may say something comforting.

The fact that he feels bad about it is normal and healthy. That means he cares. I would not try to make him feel better as much as I would make sure he knows how you feel about him. Outside of that, I would give him the space he needs to sort out his feelings of disappointment.

I've been where you are (more than a few times), and every guy is different, so there is not much more I can suggest, but what I wrote above is true for everyone.

Good luck, but I think it will work out. :)
