A 18yo boy had a broken childhood living in a dysfunctional group home, and his sole escape was his secret stash of porn mags featuring several big-bust models like Busty Dusty, Wendy Whoppers, and Maxi Mounds. He believes they would make better parents to him than his own guardians.

One day he visits a strip club where a big-bust nude superstar was headlining, with breasts the size of beachballs. He gets a private dance from the stripper and tells her about his troubled past and how he wished he had a loving mother. Feeling sympathy, the big-bust model uses her massive melons to breastfeed him while giving him a handjob.

A connection between the two forms over time as he would come see her more often and she would introduce him to her fellow big-bust girlfriends, where they would pleasure him with their huge tits, curvy asses, and sexy bodies. She decides to adopt the boy as her son, but would soon face legal hurdles before they reach their happy ending...

This sounds like a good opportunity for a full-on young man/older woman romance.
I'd go with your timeline until the private dance. I've known dancers when I was young and trust me, they aren't looking to have a heart-to-heart while grinding on a guy's lap. However, perhaps they have a chance meeting in town one day, after the lap dance. Something, story-driven, where they have to spend some time together, where they ordinarily wouldn't have. Trapped in an elevator during a power outage or something. They talk and actually listen to one another and create an emotional connection. As they are rescued, he takes a shot and asks her out on a date. He's got his troubles/she's got hers as an older performer. He's super into her, but chill about it, she's in need of a good man for a change and they decide to take a chance. This is definitely something I would write. A good build-up of sexual tension with some mind-blowing big tit sex, as they fall for one another. Man, what's not to love?
