Help with new concept story I have - satin, strict school and spanking

I would love someone to write a story along the lines of a concept I have drafted below. Any help most welcome and I appreciate from the offset, this is a bit of a tall ask!!!

The concept:
Background:
It’s 1981 and schools, as well as at home are a lot stricter with corporal punishment regularly carried out and uniformed inspects sometimes carried out, even for the girls, knicker inspections!
Over the knee spanking, and the cane are regular giving out by the teachers, and over the knee is preferred as it’s more embarrassing or even the ‘diaper position’ much favoured by the sports teacher. Girls could not be punished bare however and always had to have a pair of knickers, pats or shorts on at all times. What they were wearing always had to be described in great detail.
Girls, even sometimes in 6th form, have to wear regulation school approve knickers, always cotton, and either navy blue or white in colour. Mothers across the land liked this policy, and approved of it, but some girls were more rebellious than others, and were more intrigued by fabrics such as lace, nylon, silk or satin
Rules: All corporal punishment, caning or spanking, however must always, be carried out over underwear/shorts/pants, and the underwear or shorts, must be described in great detail, while the punishment is carried out. Knickers and shorts, should always be describe in great details, such as the fabric, look, type and colour.
Football Kits in the 80s
Also, what added to the confusion was the national game of football (soccer) as the football kits were coming away from heavy cotton, over to newer lightweight fabrics, such as nylon and polyester. This was the time when football/soccer shorts were made by brands such as Le Coq Sportif, Hummel, Umbro, Puma, Adidas and the soccer shorts were of a silky, shiny, smooth 100% nylon satin shorts material, almost a lingerie type fabric. Football is popular and so it seems the football shorts with certain people!
The girls however must wear navy blue skirt over navy blue regulation cotton knickers.

It’s Friday morning – and what a surprise today is going to be, for everyone!
Today, Miss William’s introduces a new PE kit to the girls, to wear for PE and sports. The new 80s PE kit consists of, one red soccer top and two pair of shorts and white socks.
The shorts are SATIN!!! The very same one’s used in soccer, they are glossy, very shiny satin, silky nylon material. One is a pair of the very popular Umbro ‘classic’ nylon shorts, in a very silky satin navy blue, the other pair, is in brilliant white made by Adidas, with a green trim, like the Umbro, very shiny satin, and so soft, WOW, WOW, WOW!

In fact, in the changing room, were pairs and pairs of nylon shorts, in different colours, sizes, and styles. Now, some girls up to this pint had never worn satin before and only basic cotton underwear their Mothers had brought them,
And the kit, though approved was much to the chagrin to the other teachers and parent no doubt, when they find out., How did she get those short shorts past everyone, and what will the girls think and the for that matter, their parents when they get to know about their new daughter's shorts???
The girls still had to wear knickers underneath their shorts, with no exceptions!!!
Characters:
Ms Williams,
Sports teacher, and head of 6th form, who seems to relish giving spankings out at any opportunity. She is very beautiful, and how she did it, is a bit of a mystery to the girls, as she doesn't seem much older then them and she's allowed to put them over her knee.
Amy – A bit of a bossy In the 6th form, thinks she is far too old for knicker inspection and a smacked bottom, very arrogant and deep down has a bit of a satin fetish. Hates wearing cotton knickers and most of all, her Mother still buying them for her!!! To her annoyance, she sneaks to the local pub and has seen Ms Williams there, so to think she can be spanked by her is so embarrassing, not to say the least!
The girls - Amy, Emily, Sue, Ann, Ruth, Lucy, Carol, and Jane.
Ms Stein, very strict headmistress, who administers the cane when needed.
Ms Andrews - the school sectary, whos’ sole job is to check what the pupils are wearing before they are punished. Miss Andrew is, the school secreta always to do a uniform inspection before the girls go into the headmistress office with her punishment, for either a smacked bottom or the cane. She also has sometimes to calm their nerves down before their punishment and tell them why they are expecting a sore bottom. She also keeps some pairs of approved cotton knickers in her desk drawer. She can be quite sympathetic to the girls before any spanking and helps them along with the process. Tends, to ask a lot of questions however, if they are not wearing cotton underwear!
Genre: Realistic
Setting: England, 1980, strict school.
Mrs Taylor – The school Nurse. She has a no-nonsense approach and when pushed will smack a bottom or two, when push. Seems to rub a lot of cream on sore bottoms and ask a lot of questions on why they were punished. She also had lots of nappies and drawers that almost were overflowing with plastic pants, all different types and mostly the very soft, supple, semi-transparent ones. She seemed to love going through them, and called them, either plastic’s, waterproofs, or worse, plastic baby pants, much to the embarrassment of who is going to wear them!
Genre: Realistic
Setting: England, 1980, strict school.
 
If I was you, I would delete your personal email, as moderators will delete it anyway; it is not allowed on here. That being said, I think you should mix and match current stories ideas being discussed on here so you can write your own story. It is always best if you do.

I wrote a story one time similar to what you are suggesting. In my story, I had a lady come down the stairs of her grandmother's house in modern times, as her grandmother opened up a college yearbook, and then the story flashed back in time to 1965. That is a technique you could also use; a flashback to earlier times.

I then wrote the story as if it was 1965, stating what had happened to the grandmother. In that I used this technique where a silly school rivalry had this tradition of where the school that lost the American Football game on homecoming night, got the use of the winning teams cheerleader. I ended the story by having the grandmother secretly LOVING the sex she got from the opposing team, but still said out loud as a closing line, "For the sake of my granddaughter, I hope we lose tonight", meaning she did not want her granddaughter subjected to what she endured, although she loved it.
 
Like the 'umbro' allusion.

Would go for the '50s, myself: a time in England before comprehensive schools, when for some unfathomable reason state schools used to ape the public school system, complete with 'houses', 'house points', prefects, the whole caboodle. Things were certainly stricter and literally more 'uniform' in those days. Of course, any strict and rigid system can be a playground for those bent on corrupting it...

My first suggestion would be to detail exactly what each of these people look like.

Beauty is very subjective but also not at all descriptive.

I hope you meant 'readers' imaginations'. I always did that. No detailed description, only very basic, left the rest for the readers to visualize.

Change the Satin to Satan.

It seems like you've already got this all worked out; give it a try yourself. There are plenty of English school spanking photos online (staged, but the punishments are real) dealing with both male and female students. There are also drawings/cartoons like the ones Dave Ell produces in great quantities. Those usually have a comedic theme. So look around, and you'll get plenty of inspiration for plots, characters, settings, etc. Much of these cover the 1950's to the 1980's. Lots of stern teachers, headmasters, and headmistresses.

It depends on the writer. Some literary writers of ole are very descriptive on their characters and others let the readers imagine them.

For me? I tend to be pretty descriptive, but for a reason. I cannot have a reader imagine a character as being on the bigger side and older, and then later in the story having her shimmey up a rope, run flat out for a quarter mile to jump on a barge, or some other athletic feat. In that I have to paint a clear picture for the reader early in the story to set it properly up for later.

Or, I might get descriptive of a character if it lends itself to the plot itself. I once was very detailed on a characters clothing because what she wore was a HUGE part of the locked-door story. The detective on her trail KNEW she had murdered a man because what she wore was so revealing. Her defense was, "look at the security video and what I was wearing. How could I have hidden the murder weapon wearing so little?" The detective knew, to get that excuse, was why she wore so little, and that she was the killer. (It was a reverse-locked-door-mystery).

But other times description is not required. I once wrote a story about a woman whose husband had branded her, and then tried to sell her as a prostitute in a war torn country. A free-spirit, being branded was the ultimate shame. Then she meets up with a man wo was pinked by a bayonet. Together they slowly learn that we all carry scars. In that story, detailed character descriptions were not needed, the bayoneted wound and being branded was enough.

But... detail descriptions MUST never be LISTS!

A list is: she had big breasts, a small frame, red-flaxen hair, blue eyes, small hands, and was wearing blue jeans, high heels and a yellow blouse. That is a list and boring as hell.

There can be detailed descriptions of characters, but it must be blended well that give the reader an overall look into the character, morals, ethics and looks of the character. A list of visual clues is just sloppy, boring writing.

Incidentally, abbreviated character descriptions is not lazy writing, they are often more difficult for a writer to conjure up well, rather than lengthier descriptions. I also freely admit that character descriptions are something I continue to struggle with in my stories.

Some descriptions in stories are like adverts for a used car :ROFLMAO:

I prefer descriptive writing, exactly as you said.... it makes the person whole.
