help finding a story

There's a story about an author who hires an maid/assistant to cook, clean, schedule appointments, and stuff like that. He pays her more to do more things because she needs the money. There is a room in his house that is always locked; one day it isn't, and she finds out that it's his bondage room. She asks him about it and he explains the room and what he writes about. Later, she needs another salary increase, so she volunteers to be bound for him to write about her experience.

I thought I had added this to a reading list so I could go back to it, but I can't find it anywhere, and google has been rather unhelpful. Anybody know this story?
