Feeling Out of Place in my own office

back at work after two weeks off and I'm feeling a little lost here. It's like starting a new job all over again. Plus the fact that I work on the road so much, I don't even know some of these people.
I find it difficult to start conversations with people who have been here for awhile, but I have never met them. I've been here longer than most, but feel like the new guy all over again.

I hate starting a new job for that very reason! For a long time I would change jobs every 3 years (not always by MY choice! lol) But I've been at this job for 10 (gulp) years now.

Of course - if you're always the 'newbie' at least everyone hasn't heard all your stories before?
