Editor help needed for English Illustrated Poetry

Greetings Editors,
I need help. My illustrated poem got rejected for being too explicit / having too explicit content.

When I see other stories and poems, I dont see much where I have crossed the limit.

Can someone please help me? I can send my poem to them to point out where I am going wrong.
