It seems the traditional "resistance" armies that the western allies align themselves with are leftist/socialist/communist. Almost all of the partisan groups aligned with the allies, the French, the Italians, the Slavic states, we're all communist. No it's to clarify the issue.

Terms like "lumpy dumpling and "dick head donald" are epitaphs.....unlike socialist or fascist which are actual political terms that inform you about the political views of the person or group of people being discussed.
