Hi - I am a guy late 40's, married and two kids.
I have been to the doctor (A great guy by the way, he was actually my wifes doctor ) with this and he has tried to help me,
I find it hard to actually orgasm, and when I do I don't get the rush perhaps that most guys get, so I don't know what it really feels like.
I get great solid erections and have good stamina, my wife gets multiple O's, but it takes me ages to get there and when I do arrive - its not overly powerfull.
I literally wear her out trying to come.
The doctor put me on a drug used for depression - but a tiny little dose as he is aware of the problem in other men, and it worked like a charm, I actually blew one time before I entered her - all over her ass!, BUT - trouble is the pills make me sweat all the time and a little angry, so I had to stop taking them.
I don't overly masturbate and I've tried abstaining for a while and also drinking lots of water - the usual stuff, its not a hydration issue etc.
I've tried thinking of other women/ watching porn with her and it doesnt speed it all up. I have a usual amount of semen as any normal guy, I've had the snip but it was the same before as after the operation, so its not that etc.
I also don't respond to drugs etc - for instance I don't get addicted, I've tried Pot / smokes/ few others , but they don't do much for me,
Any other guys have/had this?, its debilitating - I cant tell you - some guys would probably love to be able to hold out that long but its just the opposite of premature ejaculation, and is just driving me nuts.
What I would give to have to hold back an ejaculation!, any help appreciated.
