indeed... but doesn't it go to show that so many of these deplorables are actually willing to tell the truth about things when it actively affects THEM on a personal level?
i believe we're seeing that in the jan 6th hearings, too. Most, if not all of those republican witnesses, were backing trump's corrupt presidency... right up to that point when even they couldn't stomach it and then they decide to speak out. If only these people would speak out earlier, we wouldn't see the trumps of this world ascending as they do.

Medical and psychiatric records of some parents and relatives of the children killed in the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, were apparently included among a massive document dump including Jones’ cellphone texts. The information was apparently inadvertently leaked by his lawyers to various parties, according to a remote Connecticut court hearing Wednesday.

It’s unclear how the private medical records were obtained.

“It appears that the medical and or psychiatric records of the plaintiffs in the underlying lawsuits were recently provided to unauthorized individuals” by one of Jones’ attorneys, Connecticut Superior Court Judge Barbara Bellis said at a hearing from her Waterbury courtroom on Wednesday, The Hartford Courant reported.

The judge said she’s holding a hearing next week to determine if Jones’ Connecticut lawyer Norm Pattis played a role in leaking the records. She’ll hold a hearing the following week examining the actions of Jones’ Texas lawyer F. Andino Reynal.

A group of nine Sandy Hook parents are asking a judge to order jones give up control of his company and for investigations to be made about the monies he's draining away from it in order to minimise payments to creditors.

The families have painted a picture of a company that is “being drained into insolvency to benefit insiders to the detriment of creditors,” the filing states. Sandy Hook families are considered “creditors” in the Free Speech Systems bankruptcy case, after they sued Jones and his companies for intentional infliction of emotional distress and defamation, among other claims.

One of the allegations are related to Free Speech Systems’ claim that it owes nearly $54 million to a company called PQPR that is owned by Jones’ parents. The filing claims that 72% of payments to PQPR go to Jones, and the rest to his mother and father, adding that money the company pays to PQPR “ends up in Jones’ pockets.”
