Dandelions are blooming.

The daffodils and hyacinths are bursting through the ground.

The azalea and forsythia are putting on blooms, the mums and butterfly bushes are spouting new growth...



There's so much more to talk about than KK.

Yup, but I have to admit having the last laugh on KK after all these years is fun. I've been staying away from his threads for years, shaking my head at he people treating him as a female. I'm human and I admit I am enjoying those "KK is a female" supporters eating crow.

As for the weather, it is crazy here, too. No plants coming up yet but definitely a weird winter. We've had less than 2 inches of snow the whole winter so far. AND it is supposed to be almost 50 degrees here this week! The grass is actually still kind of green.
 
I've already had to trim the jasmine out of the crepe myrtle...





If we a have a late freeze, it's going to devastate a lot of plants, even my budding lilac!
 
Late freeze? We haven't even had winter yet!

It's my fault. I bought Patient1 a new jacket in Alaska. It hasn't been anywhere near cold enough here yet to wear it this year.
